Freewill Web helps small businesses build websites that actually support their goals — not just exist online. I'm Tony, a web designer based in Salem, and I work with businesses that want a site that feels intentional, clear, and built to perform.

I've been building websites professionally for 7 years — and my interest in web design goes back much further, starting with GeoCities and FrontPage 97. Today I primarily build on WordPress and Beaver Builder, with a background that also includes custom plugins, HTML/CSS/PHP, and experience across Elementor, Squarespace, and Wix. That range helps me choose the right approach for each project and troubleshoot issues that aren't always obvious on the surface.

I started Freewill Web because I wanted to work with clients and businesses I'm genuinely passionate about — and because I saw a gap between two frustrating extremes:

Local Matters — And Always Will

I've lived in Salem since I was born in 1990. I understand the local business landscape, the pace of how things work here, and how word-of-mouth travels in the Willamette Valley. Face-to-face communication builds trust, money staying in the community strengthens it, and referrals move faster when people know each other.

That said, I also work with businesses across the U.S. — the same care and attention applies regardless of where you're located.
