Project Description
The Sprague High School Band Booster Club approached me to modernize their decade-old website with a fresh, responsive design that better served both students and supporters. The updated site not only highlights the band’s achievements but also serves as a central hub for fundraising efforts, event communication, and community involvement. Visitors can now easily make donations or support the band by purchasing merchandise through a streamlined WooCommerce store. A live Google Calendar embed ensures families stay informed about rehearsals, performances, and competitions, while custom forms facilitate participation in the band’s popular cans and bottles fundraising program. For this project, I implemented custom WooCommerce configurations to allow for both traditional product sales and donation-based checkouts. I also created a form submission workflow that automatically organizes and routes entries from the bottle and can program, making it easier for volunteers to coordinate pickups and track donor engagement.
